Pricing & Price Match
Do you offer price matching?
Yes! We offer a 30-day price match guarantee. If you find the same product at a lower regular price from a Canadian retailer that serves your address, contact us via email with a link to the competitor's product page within 30 days of your purchase.
Please note: Price matching applies to regular prices only and does not include discounted, sale, or promotional prices from other retailers.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened items only. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What if I receive an expired product?
If you receive a product with a past expiration date, you can return it for a full refund with no restocking fee. Please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the product.
Are there any items you won't accept for return?
We cannot accept returns due to package handling or damage caused by the courier during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
